Confidentiality Policy

At Teresa's clinical hypnotherapy, we take confidentiality very seriously. All information shared in sessions is strictly confidential and will not be shared with anyone without the client's explicit consent, unless someone is in danger of hurting themselves or another person.

All records are held in a secure location and are protected under New Zealand's Health Information Privacy Code. We adhere to the Health and Disability Commissioner's standards of practice and are committed to ensuring the privacy and confidentiality of all our clients.

Cancellation Policy

If for any reason a client needs to cancel or reschedule their appointment, they must do so at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. Clients who do not show up for their session or cancel with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full session fee.

Late Arrival Policy

If a client arrives late for their session, the session will still end at the scheduled time, and the full session fee will be charged.

At Teresa's clinical hypnotherapy, we use a client-centered approach that is focused on the individual needs and goals of each client. We do not provide guarantees or promises of specific outcomes or results.
